About Me

With nearly 20 years working within multiple global organisations I would now like to share my experiences and knowledge of how successful businesses operate to help others with their own enterprises and career steps. A career that has taken me from country to regional to global levels I have insight into the different working environments of business and how a defined strategy filters down throughout the organisation to implementation.

Starting off by studying accountancy I found that understanding behaviour was the greatest attribute held by those in senior positions. This led to me becoming a coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and taking on a Masters degree in Business Psychology.

Standardising our pricing process was previously a dream. Having grown through acquisition the structure of our business was built upon different cultures, different ways of working, and different opinions of how the business should operate. The challenge given was to align 85 countries under one process and providing our clients consistancy.
